TrueVit Omegol 3 Liquid is a unique formula providing a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids; DHA*1 & EPA*2.

Both EPA & DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
TrueVit Omegol 3 Liquid contains Vitamin D which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin D also contributes to the normal growth & development of bone in children and the maintenance of normal bones & teeth.
In addition; the formula includes Vitamin A & E which both contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin A also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vision. Furthermore; the formula contains Vitamin B12, C & Folic Acid which all contribute to the reduction of tiredness & fatigue. Vitamin C also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Directions
Children 1-2 years: Two 5ml spoonfuls daily.
Children 3-6 years: Two 5ml spoonfuls twice a day.
Children 7-12 years: Two 5ml spoonfuls 2-3 times a day.
Adults: Three 5ml spoonfuls twice a day.
Shake bottle well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless directed by a healthcare professional. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume
within 45 days. Do not store above 25˚C.
Caution
Do not use if you are allergic to fish or any of the ingredients. This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic.
