Vitamin D has several important functions, these include helping to support and maintain healthy bones & teeth, a healthy immune system, normal muscle function, normal blood calcium levels as well as ensuring the absorption and utilisation of calcium & phosphorus in the body.
Vitamin D is primarily synthesised from the action of sunlight on the skin. It is difficult to attain the right amount of Vitamin D from the sun as too much sun exposure can harm the skin. TrueVit Vitamin D3 gel capsules provide 5000IU of Vitamin D3 in one gel capsule.

Directions
Take one gel capsule daily, with a main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless directed by a healthcare professional. Not recommended for children
